The hotel had clean and spacious rooms with basic amenities provided. Great location near a shopping mall and within walking distance of a massage place. It was also near the convention center which was useful.
The staff struggled to communicate in English which caused miscommunications and made it difficult to request services. We experienced a lot of noise coming from other guests and the hallways which made it hard to sleep.

The hotel exceeded our expectations during our romantic escape. the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with a refreshing rain shower, plush robes, and cozy slippers. We enjoyed the convenience of a small shopping center across the street and the option to have a massage in the comfort of our own room.

The hotel is located near a major train station with easy access to different parts of China in just 15 minutes. the city centre is also a short drive away with many restaurants nearby. the spacious and clean rooms come with a variety of pillows and basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a cooperative and attentive staff along with a good breakfast spread.
The hotel lacks proper amenities like toothbrush and adaptor and the staff may struggle with language barriers.

We had a great experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near Hongqiao Train Station, making it easy to explore various parts of China. It is also situated in the main city center, making it a great location to find numerous nearby restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, valet parking, and a 24-hour reception, adding to the convenience and comfort of our visit.
There were no nearby restaurants accessible from the hotel. However, this minor inconvenience was greatly outweighed by the many positive aspects of this hotel.
